It was another beautiful ocean of cloud day above Chamonix today, and as we have had a few centimetres of fresh snow yesterday (10cm in the high mountain), it has been a truly stunning one, if you could get above the clouds, at the summit of the Grands Montets, and at the Aiguille du Midi.
