Cosmo Jazz - the festival already became a "must see" in the summer season closes its sixth edition with a record numbers of visitors.
For 10 days, the festival welcomed the best musicians performing original concerts in the most beautiful Mont Blanc locations. Chamonix, Trient, Finhaut, Argentiere, Les Houches and Vallorcine are just few fascinating sites where the jazz resonated stronger than ever.
The overall attendance record for CosmoJazz was an estimated 35 000 people this year. 21 000 of them have traveled long distances by bike or by cable car in order to catch the high altitude concerts and those held at the foot of mountain.
The new Jazz club called "La Maison des Artistes", led by André Manoukian and Pascal Armand, became the refuge and the meeting place for all faithful jazz lovers. Days and nights, people of all ages enjoyed the good music in some breathtaking locations.
The organisers are very grateful for your presence and fidelity. This year event was a real success and all thanks to you - music lovers from all around the world.
